One factory, from board to finished component.
Our 26,000 m² factory brings together one MDF production line, six laminating lines and five further-processing lines. Daily factory production capacity is 500 m³ across our operations. Tell us the product and quantity you need to plan your order.
Since 2007, CUZI MDF has manufactured and supplied boards from our own factory in Shuyang, Jiangsu, China. Our team supplies furniture and cabinet factories, importers and distributors with raw boards, decorative panels and components machined to order.

From wood fibre to your finished order.
Order raw boards, add a decorative surface, or have components cut and machined for your workshop.
Wood and fibre preparation
Wood is chipped and refined into fibres.
Blending, drying and mat forming
Resin-treated fibres are dried and laid into a mat.
Hot pressing
Heat and pressure form the board.
Cooling, trimming and sanding
Panels are cooled, trimmed and sanded.
Decorative finishing
Melamine, veneer or HPL finishes follow your order.
Cutting and component machining
Cutting, drilling, grooves and CNC work follow your drawings.
Inspection and packing
Dimensions, appearance, parts and packing are checked.

Keep the finishing in your own workshop, buy the decorative surface your design calls for, or order components to your drawings. Our MDF range covers 2–35 mm thicknesses and six sheet formats, with the grade, size and supplied condition agreed for your order.
Raw boards for your finishing line
Choose raw or sanded MDF for painting, veneering, laminating and machining. We also supply moisture-resistant, high-moisture-resistant, fire-rated and paint-grade MDF, plus HDF and hardboard. Share the component, thickness, density and service conditions so we can confirm the suitable product and its supporting information.
Decorative boards for your chosen look
Specify melamine, veneer, HPL, PVC, acrylic-faced or laminated MDF with the colour, texture and gloss your design needs. Use a physical sample to agree appearance, then define the face, reverse and edges. HPL face sheets are available from 0.5 to 1.2 mm alongside the selected MDF core.
Machined parts for your next operation
Send your cut list or drawings for cut-to-size panels, drilled parts, CNC profiles, grooves, slots or routed cabinet doors. We agree the part dimensions, face direction, edges and supplied finish before production. Part IDs and packing-list references help your team receive the components for finishing or assembly.

Evaluate a sample, discuss the specification and receive the commercial details in writing. Our sales team replies to inquiries within 12 hours.
Free samples across our range
Samples from the full product range are free and are usually in stock. The buyer pays the courier charge, which can be credited against a formal order. We confirm availability, dispatch timing, courier cost and estimated transit time for your address.
Production and quantities
Normal delivery lead time is 3–10 days after specifications and commercial terms are confirmed. Normal MOQ is 1 × 20'GP per individual specification; mixed specifications are confirmed separately. Your quotation states the timing for your product, processing and quantity. Vessel schedules and transit are planned separately.
Quotation and export delivery
Your formal quotation includes specification, quantity, price and currency, packing, delivery terms and named place, lead time, payment conditions and validity. We offer FOB, with T/T or L/C payment, and ship through Lianyungang or Qingdao. Buyers can arrange third-party inspection before shipment.

Is CUZI MDF a factory and direct supplier?
Yes. CUZI MDF has its own factory in Shuyang, Jiangsu, China, and supplies MDF directly. We work with you on raw boards, decorative panels and machined components, including the specifications, inspection and export packing for your order.
Can I start with a free sample?
Yes. You can request samples from our full product range. Samples are free and usually in stock; the buyer pays the courier charge, which can be credited against a formal order. We confirm availability, dispatch timing and estimated transit time for your address. Custom machined samples have their preparation requirements and timing confirmed separately.
What are the normal MOQ and delivery lead time?
Normal MOQ is 1 × 20'GP per individual specification. Mixed specifications are confirmed separately. Normal production takes 3–10 days after specifications and commercial terms are confirmed; your quotation gives the schedule for the selected product, processing and quantity. Shipping and transit time are planned separately.
Can I visit the factory or arrange inspection?
Yes. Contact our Shuyang team with your preferred date and the products or operations you want to see. For third-party inspection, share the order reference and checklist so we can arrange access and prepare the goods.
Which documents can I request before ordering?
Request company registration information, ISO management-system documents and FSC Chain of Custody information where relevant. For your board, state the product, thickness, construction, intended use and destination along with the required test method or classification. We confirm the documents available for the specification being quoted.
How do we keep a repeat order consistent?
Send your previous order reference, board specification, approved sample or decor code, drawing revision and new quantity. We confirm these references for the next run. If you change the size, finish, hardware or packing, we review the affected details, sample needs, price and timing with you before production.
Which MDF thicknesses and sheet formats do you supply?
Our MDF range covers 2–35 mm thicknesses and six formats: 1220 × 2440, 1830 × 2440, 2100 × 2800, 1830 × 3660, 2440 × 3660 and 1830 × 4200 mm. We confirm the grade, thickness and format combination with your quantity. For faced panels, specify the MDF core and required finished thickness separately.
