Share the thickness, board format, grade and quantity for each specification. Include density where your process requires it, and the named emission standard or test method for any E0, E0.5 or E1 requirement. Tell us whether you will cut, paint or face the boards in your own workshop.
Confirm panel sizes and the colour, collection or decor code, texture, gloss and physical sample. Identify the visible face, reverse or balancing layer and pattern direction. For HPL MDF, specify the 0.5–1.2 mm HPL face-sheet thickness separately from the MDF core and finished panel thickness.
Send the cut list and current drawings with finished sizes, units, tolerances, hole locations and routed profiles. Identify part codes, visible faces, matching edges and assembly groups. These references let us quote and pack the parts your production team will use.
Before you plan the order
The normal MOQ is 1 × 20'GP for each individual specification. Share your proposed mix of thicknesses, grades or finishes with the quantity for each line; we confirm the available combination, packing and commercial terms in your quotation.
Normal delivery lead time is 3–10 days after specifications and commercial terms are confirmed. We confirm the schedule for your product and quantity. Sample dispatch, inspection appointments, booking and transport time are planned alongside production to suit your required receiving date.
Goods are shipped by sea in containers on FOB Qingdao or FOB Lianyungang terms. We accept T/T or L/C payment. Your quotation confirms the port, payment conditions, production timing and validity for the order. All products carry a 180-day warranty.

Compare samples of the board or decorative surface you want to use. We confirm the sample availability, courier cost and dispatch timing for your address. Agree colour, texture, gloss and grain or pattern direction against the physical sample.
For machined parts, confirm finished dimensions, units, tolerances, holes, profiles and edge treatment on the current drawings. Tell us the test method or classification and destination for any required product reports.
We quote the product and work you are buying, with quantities and prices for the agreed specifications. Your quotation includes the currency, packing, delivery terms and named port, delivery lead time, payment conditions and validity.
We offer FOB quotations and accept T/T or L/C payment. Tell us your preferred terms so the quotation fits your purchasing arrangements.
Check the specification, quantities, sample references, drawing versions, supplied faces and edge finish together. Agree the packing, labels, required documents, inspection and payment conditions in writing.
We confirm the production schedule once the specification and commercial terms are agreed. Payment proportions and any L/C requirements are confirmed for your order.
Our factory makes the panels or parts to your agreed requirements and checks dimensions, surfaces, machining, quantities and packing. We match the inspection methods and acceptance criteria to your specification, drawings and samples.
We support buyer-arranged third-party inspection before shipment. Share the checklist, sampling requirements and preferred timing so we can agree the arrangements and any associated costs with the order.
We prepare the agreed protection, bundle or part labels and shipment documents. MDF exports ship through Lianyungang or Qingdao. Loading quantities are calculated from the actual panel sizes, density, packing and container or transport limits.
At receiving, match the bundle IDs and quantities to the packing list. Keep your order, drawing and finish references for the next purchase. If something needs attention, send our team the order reference, affected bundle or part ID, and photographs.
Samples and quotations
You can request samples from the full CUZI MDF product range. Samples are free. The buyer pays the courier charge, which can be credited against a formal order.
Samples are usually in stock. We confirm availability and dispatch timing for your selected samples, along with the courier charge and estimated transit time for your delivery address.

We manufacture to your order in 3–10 days after the specification and commercial terms are confirmed. Goods are shipped by sea in containers, on FOB Qingdao or FOB Lianyungang terms. Freight is calculated for the actual loading port, destination port and cargo quantity, using the packed volume and weight. Sea transit time is confirmed separately. See delivery and payment terms.
Returns and exchanges are agreed for each order, including eligibility, timing, transport costs and any refund or replacement. We provide a 180-day product warranty. Read the returns and warranty terms.
Documents and delivery
Send your destination, intended use and any importer checklist with your inquiry. We will help you prepare the product documents and identify any extra testing your project needs. For faced MDF, include the finish you want. Our market guide covers purchasing information for the US, EU and UK.
Confirm the consignee details and any importer or broker instructions before booking. We agree the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and any required origin or product documents with the order. The packing list connects the bundle IDs, counts, dimensions and weights to the goods your team receives.

We agree the arrangements and any associated costs so the inspection fits production and shipment preparation.
Send the order reference and the revised specification, drawing or finish reference, clearly identifying the changes. We confirm their effect on materials, work already planned, price, packing and delivery timing with you before proceeding with the revised work.
