Packing and an export port for your order
Export delivery is available through Lianyungang or Qingdao, China. We agree the bundle format, protection and handling requirements around your panel sizes, finish and quantity. Share the destination port or place and your unloading equipment when you request the quotation.

You can request samples from the full CUZI MDF product range. Samples are free. The buyer pays the courier charge, which can be credited against a formal order.
Samples are usually in stock. We confirm availability and dispatch timing for your selected samples, along with the courier charge and estimated transit time for your delivery address.

Our Shuyang factory ships through Lianyungang or Qingdao. We offer FOB quotations and accept T/T or L/C payment. Your written quotation names the port and confirms the payment conditions. Share your destination and receiving date so we can plan production, booking and transport together. Normal delivery lead time is 3–10 days after specifications and commercial terms are confirmed; shipping time follows the selected destination and sailing.
Bundle sizes that your team can handle
We agree covers, wrapping, face and edge protection, supports and strap positions for the product. The loading plan uses packed bundle dimensions and gross weights together with the container and transport limits. Tell us your forklift or unloading arrangements and storage space before the pack plan is confirmed.

This is the record for that shipment. We calculate each new loading plan from its thickness, format, density, finish, packing and product mix, then check the exact container and transport limits.
Agree the documents before booking

Receiving and your next order
At delivery, compare bundle IDs, counts and visible condition with the packing list. If something needs attention, send our team the order reference, affected bundle or part ID, photographs and a description. For a repeat order, use the previous specification, drawings and finish references, and identify any changes you need. We provide a 180-day product warranty. What should I send for a quotation?
A useful quotation starts with:

Can I buy directly from CUZI MDF's factory?
Yes. CUZI MDF is the manufacturer and supplier. We manufacture, process, inspect and pack MDF at our factory in Shuyang, Jiangsu, China. You work with our team on the product specification, samples, quotation and shipment preparation.
Can I combine thicknesses or decorative finishes?
Send the specifications and quantities for your proposed mix. The normal MOQ is 1 × 20'GP for each individual specification; we confirm the feasibility and commercial terms of a mixed-specification order in your quotation.
How soon can my MDF order arrive?
Normal delivery lead time is 3–10 days after specifications and commercial terms are confirmed. Share your destination and required arrival date. We confirm the production schedule and discuss booking and estimated transport time for your order so you can plan receiving.
Which delivery and payment terms will apply?
We offer FOB delivery and accept T/T or L/C payment. Tell us your preferred terms and destination port. Your formal quotation confirms the selected terms, named port, payment conditions, packing, delivery lead time and validity, together with the product specification, quantity, prices and currency. Payment proportions and any L/C requirements are agreed for your order.
How do I keep repeat orders consistent?
Send the previous order reference and tell us what you want to repeat or change. We compare the board specification, drawings, finish sample, quantity and packing with the new requirement, then confirm the references and schedule for the next order.
How many MDF sheets will fit in my container?
The quantity follows the exact board thickness, dimensions, density, finish, bundle sizes and gross cargo weight. Our recorded 18 mm, 1220 × 2440 mm E1 MDF case used 768 sheets in a 40' HC. Send your own product mix and quantities so we can prepare the loading plan for your container and delivery arrangements.
Can I check the order before shipment?
Yes. You can arrange a third-party inspection before shipment. Send your checklist and preferred date with the inquiry so we can plan access, timing and any inspection costs with your order.
What if I have not chosen the MDF grade yet?
