Company information
International Buyer Regions
Our commercial focus includes Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Requirements vary by buyer, destination and application, so each request is reviewed on its own confirmed details.
Requirement Confirmation
Buyers should provide the required MDF type, dimensions, surface or processing needs, quantity and destination. This information allows CUZI MDF to prepare a relevant specification discussion and quotation response.
Lead Time and Scheduling
Typical lead time is 7–15 days, subject to order confirmation. The final schedule depends on specification, quantity, production planning and destination and must be confirmed for each order.
Packaging and Destination Review
Packaging and shipment-preparation needs can be discussed according to board specification, order volume and destination. Final arrangements are documented as part of the confirmed order.
Clear B2B Communication
CUZI MDF uses the inquiry and quotation process to clarify product, application and purchasing requirements before commitments are made. Buyers receive order-specific information after the relevant details have been reviewed.
Prepare a Complete International RFQ
Include application, proposed product, thickness, dimensions, supplied surface, processing, quantity, packaging, destination and requested timing. Identify required samples, drawings and required documents. Keep unresolved items visible for confirmation before selecting a grade or value.
Make the Quotation Basis Visible
A quotation should identify the offered construction, included work, quantity basis, packaging, destination or delivery basis, validity, exclusions and open decisions. Boards, faced panels, cut parts and machined components are different scopes. Buyers should normalize those differences before comparing prices.
Coordinate Samples and Approvals
Physical samples may control decorative colour, texture, veneer, routed geometry or finished appearance. Drawings control component information. Product data, test reports and certificates support technical statements. The order process should show which reference is approved, by whom, and whether a later revision requires a new decision.
Plan Milestones, Not Only a Single Date
Typical lead time is 7–15 days after requirements are confirmed. Final timing depends on specification, quantity, production scheduling and destination. Sampling, drawing approval, document review, packaging preparation, inspection, booking and transit are separate milestones, so a production range is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Receiving Responsibilities Matter
The destination plan should consider unloading equipment, covered storage, bundle support, product identification and protection after transfer. Packaging reduces handling and exposure risk but does not make MDF waterproof or transfer finished-product design responsibility to the panel supplier.
