Compare the finish and trial the parts with your fittings. Request product reports for the selected board and destination.
Agree cabinet or batch groups, paired fronts and spare quantities. Packing protects faces, edges and part identity.

A drawing or short component list is enough to start. We help complete the material and supplied-condition details and reply within 12 hours.
Production lead time: 3–10 days after order confirmation. Sea container shipment: FOB Qingdao or FOB Lianyungang. Freight is calculated for the actual ports and cargo quantity; the quotation confirms your component schedule.
Product samples are free, with buyer-paid courier cost creditable against a formal order. Custom machined trial parts and their preparation are agreed with you.
Request cabinet-material samples or Request documents for your selected board. For US, EU or UK supply, tell us the destination and intended use so the request covers the proposed board and finished construction.

Yes. Choose full MDF sheets for your processing line, decorative-faced panels, or cut and CNC-machined parts to your drawings. The quotation identifies the cutting, edging, drilling, routing and finishing included.
Yes. A cabinet range can combine routed paint-ready doors with melamine carcass panels, or other selected faces and cores. We quote the grade, core and finished thickness, finish and quantity for each component.
Yes. Send the part drawing, finished dimensions and actual hardware reference, with hole positions, diameters and depths. Left/right parts and drawing revisions stay identified in the order.
Yes. Specify the 0.5–1.2 mm HPL facing, colour or texture, MDF core, reverse and edge finish. We confirm the supplied panel construction and any required performance information for the selected HPL.
No. MR and HMR MDF are for suitable protected interior conditions. Protect faces, cut edges, holes and joints from direct and prolonged wetting. Sink units and appliance-adjacent parts need the complete moisture and installation detail.
