A clear product specification is the starting point for manufacturing discussion. Board type, dimensions, surface requirements, processing and application context should be reviewed together so the proposed supply matches the buyer's order requirements.

CUZI MDF reviews the requested specification, quantity and destination before confirming an order. This step helps identify details that require clarification and prevents unverified assumptions from becoming supply commitments.

Buyers may discuss thickness, board size, surface, processing and packaging requirements. Availability and suitability are confirmed against the complete order specification for each request.

Typical lead time is 7–15 days, subject to order confirmation. Actual scheduling depends on the approved specification, order quantity, current production plan and destination requirements.

Equipment details, production-capacity figures, certifications and test records are used for quotation or order decisions only when current, verifiable company source materials support the proposed scope.

The production discussion should identify the MDF product or unresolved material requirement, thickness, dimensions, surface construction, quantity, application and downstream work. Cut parts or routed components also require controlled drawings, units, revision, tolerances for review, face orientation and supplied finish condition. Missing inputs remain visible questions until capability is confirmed.

A drawing controls geometry; a physical sample may control colour, texture, veneer character, routed appearance or finished surface. Each reference should have an identity and revision. If either changes, the buyer and supplier should record whether a fresh technical or appearance approval is needed before repeat production.

Select the board together with its cutting, drilling, routing, profiling, laminating, veneering, painting and edge-work requirements. The face may behave differently from a cut or routed edge, and decorative constructions require direction and protection decisions. Confirm capability against the complete component and process.

The confirmed specification, drawings, sample references, quantity and pack plan form the production handover. A later change should identify the affected records, responsibility and commercial impact. Version control reduces the risk that purchasing, manufacturing, inspection and receiving teams act on different instructions.
