Which files are needed?
Provide one controlled cut list with revision, units, material code, thickness, part ID, length, width, quantity, face or grain direction, edge requirement and pack group. Add drawings when assembly relationships or secondary work need clarification.
Which input board sizes are available?
Input formats include 1220 × 2440 mm, 2100 × 2800 mm, 1830 × 3660 mm, 1830 × 2440 mm, 2440 × 3660 mm and 1830 × 4200 mm. The final combination depends on the MDF product, thickness, quantity, nesting and handling route.
What finished component sizes can be supplied?

What cutting tolerance can be supplied?
There is no responsible universal tolerance for every part. The quotation or approved sample records the finished length, width, squareness, edge condition and measuring method after the input board, dimensions, quantity and cutting method are reviewed.
Can melamine or veneered MDF be cut to size?
Yes, when the complete faced construction and cutting method are compatible. Each part should identify the visible face, grain or decor direction, edge expectation and the protection needed between finished surfaces.
Can cut parts be labeled and grouped for assembly?
Labels and pack lists can identify part ID, material, quantity, orientation, cabinet, room, batch or another buyer-defined group. The required production sequence should be included in the RFQ.
How are cut-to-size MDF components packed?
Use clean separators, supported stacks, face and corner protection, controlled strap pressure and clear labels. Final pack dimensions and grouping follow part size, surface, quantity, handling, destination and customer requirements.
