The order specification defines what must be reviewed. CUZI MDF confirms relevant product and purchasing requirements with the buyer before the production plan is finalized.

Quality review follows the confirmed order requirements. The applicable checks depend on the MDF product, dimensions, surface, processing request and other agreed criteria.

Before shipment preparation, the finished order is reviewed against the agreed commercial and product requirements. Any order-specific inspection or documentation need must be discussed and confirmed in advance.

CUZI MDF does not publish unverified certification numbers, test-report numbers or performance guarantees. Supporting documents are presented only when authentic, current materials have been reviewed for the relevant product and order.

The buyer and supplier should agree which product characteristics, dimensions, surfaces, machining details, packaging points and documents matter for the order. The plan identifies the reference, method, sampling approach, acceptance criteria and responsibility where applicable. This order-specific alignment gives the quality label practical meaning.

Visual review identifies selected face, edge, machining, label and packaging conditions. Dimensional checks use an agreed method and suitable equipment, while hidden, laboratory or regulated properties require applicable laboratory reports or certificates. Combine these review methods to establish product and finished-system suitability.

Where a reviewed item differs from the agreed requirement, record the product or part identity, reference, observed condition, scope and next decision. Segregation, clarification, rework, replacement, acceptance or another action should be controlled by the responsible parties. A website description does not predetermine an order-specific disposition.

Check issuer, authenticity, dates, product identity, sample construction, thickness, standard or method, reported result or classification and field of application. A logo, cropped page or document for another product is not sufficient. No fire-rated performance is presented unless authentic applicable CUZI MDF documents support the exact proposed scope.

Certificates, test reports and process records must identify the relevant product scope and dates before a buyer relies on them. CUZI MDF does not display unsupported certificate numbers, test values or third-party marks. Buyers may request current order-specific documentation for review through the inquiry process.
