Using external color systems

Use a color system as a reference and approve a physical sample as the standard.

Color code

Solid colors

Buyers may provide a Pantone, RAL or other recognized color code as a communication reference. CUZI MDF then confirms whether a matched finish is feasible and supplies a physical sample for final approval.

Finish reference

Woodgrain and material effects

Use a CUZI MDF color reference, an authorized decorative paper supplier reference or an identified physical sample. Define grain layout, tone, texture, gloss and repeat through an identified finish reference or approved physical sample.

Order record

Order control

Record the sample code or sample revision, face and reverse-face construction, texture, gloss, grain direction, edge match and acceptable variation in the quotation and order.

From reference to approved finish

Send the finish direction with the complete panel requirement.

Include the selected CUZI MDF color reference or external reference, required physical sample, MDF substrate, 2–35 mm thickness, board size, one- or two-sided construction, texture, quantity, edge treatment, packaging and destination.
