Faces, patterns and edges
A coordinated finish, from face to edge.
The colour is one part of the finished panel. Include the surface texture, reverse face, pattern layout and edges in your sample discussion so the board fits your furniture design and assembly.
Your colour or finish reference
For solid colours, send a Pantone, RAL or other recognised code. For woodgrains and material effects, share a catalogue or decorative-paper reference, or a physical sample. We confirm matching feasibility and available finish options, then agree the colour, texture and gloss using a physical sample.
Grain direction and edge match
Show the grain direction on your cutting list or drawing, especially for adjoining doors, fronts and visible panels. Tell us the edge material, thickness and colour you want. Compare the face and proposed edge together on the sample, including the reverse face when it is visible.
Your finish for the next order
Keep the agreed sample code or revision, colour, texture, gloss, face and reverse construction, and acceptable variation with your order. For a repeat order, share the previous reference and any changes so we can confirm finish availability, quantity, pricing and production timing with you.

Can you match a colour outside this catalogue?
Send the colour code, decorative-paper reference or physical sample you want to use. We confirm matching feasibility, available texture and gloss, quantity requirements and timing. A physical sample lets you approve the proposed finish before ordering.
How do I know what the finished panel will look like?
View a physical sample in your intended lighting and alongside your edge banding, hardware and other materials. For a directional pattern, check the scale and layout on a representative component. Screen settings and lighting affect digital colour, while the agreed physical sample gives your order a shared finish reference.
What should I send for a melamine MDF quotation?
Include the finish reference, MDF thickness and grade, board or part dimensions, one- or two-sided facing, texture and gloss, quantity and destination. Add a drawing for cutting, drilling or CNC work. For furniture production, dimensions and colour references are especially useful; for distributor orders, include quantities by finish and your delivery schedule.
