Packing from our factory
Your MDF needs to arrive ready for the next stage of production. At our Shuyang factory, we plan protection around the board, finish and parts you order, then agree the bundle sizes, labels and handling arrangements with you. That gives your purchasing, logistics and receiving teams the same clear shipment information.
Protect the smooth faces and square edges your workshop will cut, sand or paint. We confirm cover materials, supported bundle bases and strap positions for your sheet format. Thin and long panels need support suited to their size so they remain flat during handling and storage.
Melamine, veneer, HPL, PVC and acrylic faces need protection that respects the supplied finish. We agree clean separators, face protection and edge or corner protection for the selected surface. Keep colour and pattern references with the pack information so the right finish reaches your production team.
Cut parts, drilled panels and routed doors are packed around their finished dimensions and vulnerable profiles. Agree part IDs, quantities and grouping by cabinet, kit or installation area. Clear identification helps your team find matching parts and keep face direction or mirrored components in order.
Actual shipment records
These shipment photographs show covered, strapped MDF bundles and packaged melamine MDF in storage. We confirm the packing materials and bundle construction for your specification and handling needs when preparing your quotation.
Clean separators help reduce rubbing between boards. Cover boards, wrapping and edge protection are selected for the surface and exposed areas. For high-gloss panels or routed profiles, tell us which faces and edges need particular care so the protection suits the delivered component.
Bearers or a supported base make the bundle accessible to suitable handling equipment. Support spacing, bundle height, strap positions and tension are matched to the board format and packing arrangement. Together with covered handling and dry storage, the agreed wrapping helps protect MDF during shipment.
Sheet size, thickness and density determine board volume and theoretical net weight. Covers, bearers, straps and other packing add weight and change the external bundle dimensions. We use the proposed product mix and pack arrangement to confirm the loading plan with you.
The final quantity also needs to fit the container's payload, loading space and applicable road or destination handling limits. Share the container type and receiving arrangements when requesting the quotation. For mixed orders, provide the quantity of each specification.
Freight is calculated for the actual loading port, destination port and cargo quantity. Goods are shipped by sea in containers on FOB Qingdao or FOB Lianyungang terms. We manufacture to your order in 3–10 days after order confirmation and provide a 180-day warranty. Send the board or component sizes, quantity and destination port so we can calculate packed volume, gross weight and the freight for your shipment. Normal delivery lead time is 3–10 days after specifications and commercial terms are confirmed. We agree the schedule for your product and quantity, including packing and any pre-shipment inspection. Booking, the sailing date and estimated transit time are confirmed separately, so you can plan receiving around the actual shipment.
Inspection and dispatch
We support buyer-arranged third-party inspection. Agree the timing, sampling and acceptance requirements with our team in advance. Your inspection can cover board dimensions, visible condition, quantity, bundle construction, labels and agreed loading photographs. Request the applicable product reports separately for the emission or performance requirements of your market.

Receiving your order
Agree the bundle marks before packing: product or part ID, sheet size, thickness, finish reference, pieces per bundle and bundle number. The packing list should use the same identities and quantities. For mixed finishes or parts, add the colour, direction and kit information your receiving team needs.
Tell us your unloading equipment, available access and preferred bundle size. Arrange covered unloading and a dry storage area with level support. On receipt, compare bundle numbers and quantities with the packing list, and photograph the packaging and visible board condition before opening the packs. If you find a discrepancy or damage, send the bundle ID and photographs to our team promptly so we can review it with you.
Confirm the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and consignee details needed for your shipment. Tell us about any required origin document, product report or destination paperwork before the order is confirmed, so we can check availability and preparation. Your product, quantities, bundle marks and shipment details should agree across the documents.
Large-volume orders
For regular orders, a container gives your boards an enclosed transport unit and a straightforward way to plan bundle count and delivery. Large-volume orders may also suit breakbulk shipping, with protected MDF bundles carried on a conventional vessel, where the sailing and receiving port support this arrangement.
We can discuss the option around your shipment size and destination. Compare freight, port charges, road transport, repeated handling, weather protection and unloading capability as one total delivery cost. The transport mode and packing are confirmed for the actual order.

The quantity depends on sheet dimensions, thickness, density, bundle construction and container type. Theoretical board weight is a useful starting point; final cargo weight includes packing. We confirm the loading quantity against the container and transport limits for your shipment.
Send a separate quantity for each size, thickness and finish. We review the proposed mix, minimum quantities, bundle grouping and loading arrangement before quoting. Our normal MOQ is 1 × 20'GP per individual specification; mixed-specification orders are confirmed individually.
