We manufacture and supply configurable products, with construction, grade, dimensions, surface, processing, quantity, packaging, destination, documents, price and timing confirmed for your order.
We manufacture according to your order. Delivery lead time is 3–10 days after the specification and commercial terms are confirmed.
Buyers are responsible for communicating the application, service conditions and applicable requirements. Our factory team confirms the proposed supply against your order requirements. Assess the complete component, destination, applicable regulations and manufacturing process with the responsible project parties.
Certificate, test and compliance information applies only to the product identity, legal entity, scope, dates, annexes and conditions shown in the relevant current document. Use management-system certificates for their stated organisation and system scope, and product test reports for their identified product and test method. Confirm the applicable documents for each product family.
CUZI MDF works to keep public information useful and accurate. Products, availability, supporting documents and external requirements can change. Where website information conflicts with a current written quotation, approved sample, order specification or transaction document, the agreed transaction document controls.

Freight is calculated for each order using the actual loading port, destination port and cargo quantity. Board or component dimensions, packed volume, gross weight and shipment arrangements determine the amount quoted. Goods are shipped by sea in containers on FOB Qingdao or FOB Lianyungang terms. Send your destination port and quantities for a shipment-specific freight calculation.
Your written quotation names the ports, trade terms, included transport costs and quote validity. Destination handling, customs clearance, duties and onward delivery are identified as included or excluded in that quotation. The 3–10-day delivery lead time excludes sea transit time, which follows the destination and sailing schedule.
Returns and exchanges are agreed for each order and recorded in the written quotation, sales contract or order confirmation.
Before ordering, agree the products eligible for return, the return period, transport arrangements and costs, and any refund, credit or replacement. We provide a 180-day product warranty. For a product quality concern, contact our sales team with your order details and photos so we can review the issue with you.
Compensation for damage during transport is handled by the shipment insurer under the applicable insurance policy. Confirm insurance cover and the claims contact for your shipment before dispatch. If damage is found on receipt, retain photos, packaging and delivery records for the insurance claim.
