What we receive
When you ask us about a product, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, selected product if applicable, optional quantity and message. We also receive the page where you started the inquiry.
To keep the site working and secure, our systems may process technical details such as request time, IP address, browser information and security events. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides DNS, content delivery and security.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records page visits, email-link clicks, document access and successful inquiry submissions. The inquiry event contains none of your form details, including your name, company, contact details or message. Google may process analytics information outside your country. We use this measurement to improve the site, not to build advertising audiences.
