Samples and quotations

Free MDF samples

Samples are free across our full range. You pay the courier charge, which can be credited against a formal order.

Samples are usually in stock. We confirm availability, dispatch timing, courier charge and estimated transit time for your delivery address. For a custom machined sample, we also confirm preparation and timing.

Try the sample with your own finish, machinery or hardware. Tell us the sample dimensions and quantity, what you want to evaluate, and the delivery country and postcode.

Your written quotation

Your quote sets out the product and commercial details you need to plan the order:

Board specification, finish and processing
Quantity, unit and total prices, and currency
Packaging included in the supply
FOB terms and the named port or place
Production to your order in 3–10 days after confirmation
180-day product warranty
T/T or L/C payment conditions and quote validity

We ship from Lianyungang or Qingdao. Your quote lists the port and delivery arrangements. If you would like a third-party inspection, tell us when you need it and what to check.

We manufacture to your order in 3–10 days after the specification and commercial terms are confirmed. Goods are shipped by sea in containers, on FOB Qingdao or FOB Lianyungang terms. Freight is calculated for the actual loading port, destination port and cargo quantity, using the packed volume and weight. Sea transit time is confirmed separately. See delivery and payment terms.

Returns and exchanges are agreed for each order, including eligibility, timing, transport costs and any refund or replacement. We provide a 180-day product warranty. Read the returns and warranty terms.

Can you help me choose the board?

Yes. Tell us the furniture or interior component you make, its dimensions, the finish and the conditions where it will be used. Include your machining, hardware and required performance. We will help you compare suitable board options and discuss a sample for your production.

Can I send drawings or a cut list?

Email them to sales@cuzimdf.com using the name or company entered in your inquiry. Include part IDs, dimensions in millimetres, quantities, drawing revision and tolerances. Show holes, grooves, profiles, visible faces, pattern direction and edge details for machined parts.

What are the lead time and minimum order?

Normal production takes 3–10 days after specifications and order terms are agreed. The usual minimum is 1 × 20'GP per specification; ask us about mixed orders. Your quote gives the production schedule, and we help plan shipping and estimated arrival for your destination.

Can I request documents before placing an order?

Yes. Name the MDF product, thickness, finish and destination, and tell us the reports, certificates or declarations your purchasing team needs. We confirm the available product reports and company documents for the proposed order so you can evaluate the supply before deciding.

How should I prepare a repeat order?

Send the previous order reference, board specification, decor or sample reference, drawing revision and new quantity. Identify any change to dimensions, finish, machining or packaging. We confirm those details, the price and the production schedule for your next order.
